523rd Plenary Meeting of General Assembly: 10th Session

There are few written or visual records of President Hernan Siles Zuazo. The following video comes from the 10th session of the 523rd General Assembly held on September 26, 1955, in New York. Here, Siles discusses U.S. technical assistance in Bolivia and claims to the assembly of nations the minimum right people should have: “the right to progress.”
